Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed, and once you’re ready, the microneedling handpiece is passed over your skin, delivering the RF energy to the exact depth required to stimulate your skin’s healing response and collagen production. The sophisticated system depicts in real-time exactly where your skin most needs the RF energy, so there are no areas under or over-treated with Genius™ RF Microneedling. 

The microneedling process takes approximately half an hour, depending on the size of your treatment area. Since the topical anesthetic will need to be applied in advance and given time to take effect, your entire appointment may take one to two hours.

Initially, your skin will appear red and irritated, but the redness will usually subside by the next morning. Within two to three days, your skin will appear normal, though it may feel slightly rough or scaley. This is the treated skin going into the collagen induction phase. 

In the following days, your skin will tighten, feel smoother and touchably soft, and appear more radiant and even. Tightening will continue to improve for several weeks as collagen production accumulates.
