Clear + Brilliant® is a revolutionary, gentle laser treatment clinically proven to fight the earliest signs of aging and sun damage. This FDA-cleared device uses fractional laser energy, which means the laser energy is broken into tiny beams and doesn’t remove as much of the skin’s surface. This allows for a gentler treatment with fewer side effects and no downtime. 

During a Clear + Brilliant® treatment, the laser energy causes microscopic damage to the skin. Your body responds with a natural healing process that increases collagen production and clears out the top layer of dead skin cells. This reveals healthy new skin, and the increased collagen gradually strengthens and tightens your skin for long-lasting benefits. 

A series of treatments have been shown to improve tone and texture and to refresh the skin for a radiant, youthful glow. Our patients can see and feel the difference in their skin. The skin feels softer and more refined, with a reduction in the appearance of pores.

Clear + Brilliant® is one of many skin rejuvenation treatments at Capital Laser & Skin Care. The Clear + Brilliant® treatment uses non-invasive laser energy to help reduce the natural effects of aging and the sun on the skin. After your skin is cleansed, we will apply a topical numbing cream for 15 minutes to reduce any discomfort from the laser. During the treatment, you may feel a mild, prickly heat sensation, but this can be alleviated with a fan or cold air as needed. 

A Clear + Brilliant® laser procedure typically takes 10-15 minutes. Using the Clear + Brilliant® device, your provider will move the handpiece over your skin in several passes. The intensity of the laser energy will be adjusted for your skin type, condition, and goals.

Many patients see immediate results after a Clear + Brilliant® treatment. Your best results will likely appear within a week or two and will continue to improve as your skin creates more collagen. These improvements will typically last several months.

You may need a series of treatments depending on your skin condition and goals. We may also recommend other treatments to enhance or preserve your results, such as microneedling or chemical peels. We work closely with each of our patients to create a tailored Clear + Brilliant® treatment plan designed to address individual needs. Laser resurfacing with Clear + Brilliant® is gentle enough that you won’t need any downtime.
